How long will it take to receive my order? Plus

Within Australia:

  • Express shipping: 1-3 business days (available at an additional cost)

International Orders:

  • USA, Canada, UK, Germany, New Zealand: 4-10 business days.

We offer free standard shipping worldwide! To most major countries. Whether you're in Australia, USA, UK, Germany, New Zealand, we've got you covered. Express shipping is also available for an additional fee, and the cost will be displayed at checkout.

Where is my package? Plus

Once your order is processed and shipped (usually within 1-2 business days), you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the provided link sent to your email, or visit the AusPost tracking page here. My package is delayed or not delivered. What should I do? Plus

If your package is delayed or lost during shipping, please reach out to us as soon as possible at contact@porepurpose.com. We'll help resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order. If the delay is caused by an incorrect address or absence at the delivery location, any reshipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

Can I change my delivery Plus

For orders within Australia, if you need to change your delivery address after placing your order, AusPost offers the ability to redirect parcels while in shipment if you have an AusPost account and it’s linked to the email address you used to purchase our skincare products. For international orders, once your package has shipped, we are unable to assist with changing the delivery address.

Return & Refund
What is your return policy? Plus

We accept returns for products within 30 days of ordering. To be eligible for a return:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Due to the nature of skincare products, items that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.

How do I get a refund? Plus

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank or credit card provider.
